QH-LAN #3 is over First we want to thank all the attenders who made this event to what it was, expecially our foreign visitors. It was quite a huge bunch you brought us Link ;P. Each and every visitor will achieve ONE and only ONE poweroutlet. That means that everyone must bring their own branch with enought outlets for your own equipment. If you can't or if you forget, you can always buy from around. There are still about 20 people waiting on the list. As for now, the LAN is full again. If you have signed up and not on list, you will have to tell US your interest in coming. Mail Keen or Texem, or grab us @ #qhlan. Poll changed again. The old question was: "With mqwcl you can play with higher fps than 72. What limit should we have?". 305 visitors voted and 61% of them thought 72fps is enough, 26% wanted 125fps and 13% wanted 85fps.

Important, read all of this!
We have decide to extend the deadline for prepayment to the 20th of December, _BUT_ if you cant/wont pay before the 10th, you have go here, and enter your ticket number, to confirm that you still intend to come.
December 13, when we have received the last prepayments, we will release the remaining tickets to those in the queue, who then have one week to either pay(preferably), or use the above link to confirm that they're coming. After this second week, we will again release the remaining tickets (if any). A mail about this has been sent out to everyone on the attenders list, if you haven't received yours, send a mail to tickets@qhlan.org, or talk to someone in the crew.

We changed poll again. If you are going to play qw on QH-LAN you should really vote on this one. The old question was about which qw-tournament considered as the most important. 27% said 1on1, 58% 4on4 and 15% said 2on2.

November 24 (23:19) 15 days left to prepayment deadline. //Lornelin

We have now received prepayments from 36 people, you still have two weeks left to pay, but dont wait until the last minute. If you wont be able to pay before the deadline, contact someone in the crew, preferably Texem, Keen, Lornelin or Ljuglampa. (If your clanmate or something can't reach us, but you know he's planning to go, you can talk to us in his stead.) If we haven't received payment/heard from you after the deadline, we'll give your seat to someone who shows more interest.

At the moment we have 197 accepted sign ups. Add to that 24 people that are in queue. In case you have been wondering why you don't appear on the 'attenders' list, that's the reason. Again we ask you, if you already know that you won't be able to attend at QH-LAN #3, to drop a mail to tickets@qhlan.org, so we can open more places. We still give priority to already signed up clans when accepting sign-ups. If any questions, feel free to contact us by mail or at #qhlan @ quakenet.

Finally the details on the prepayment is out. A mail should reach you shortly with the necessary information. Also see the information on this webpage. We changed poll again. The old poll was "Will you be attending all 4 days at QH-LAN?" and 88% will, 8% wont be there on thursday and only 4% wont at sunday. 101 persons voted.

We have now reached 170 signed up players, which means the rest is reserved for recognized clans, everyone else can still sign up, but will be put in a queue. After a few weeks, we will release the seats that are left to those in the queue.

Some in qhlan-crew (including myself) is going to ToT-LAN 3 which starts later today (thursday) in Västerås. It's still not to late, if some of you want to join us there.

October 31 (23:51) Preypayments //Lornelin

We'll start accepting prepayments sometime during next week. Everyone who's signed up will be sent an email with a ticket number and instructions. You can then deposit 200SEK to our postgiro-account, stating your ticket number. After we receive your money we will send out another email as confirmation, along with a password you can use to reserve a specific seat. There will also be other benefits for those paying in advance.

With 150 people signed up, we have decided to reserve 30 seats for serious clans, since we want to prioritize those, which means there are only 20 seats left for others, so hurry and sign up!
BTW, some people have tried to sign up without entering their real name, email and phone number and since we want serious attenders, we have not acknowledged those sign-ups, if you think you are one of those, and cant find your nick in the attenders list, feel free to sign up again, but this time enter the information asked for.

I just found out that the signup-script hasnt been working for a little while. This was due to an oversight when preparing for the prepayment system, it's now fixed. If you've signed up in the last couple of days, and hasn't appeared in the attenders list, you'll have to sign up again... sorry for the inconvenience.

It's only been 5 days and we have already passed 100 signups! Of course we are very happy about this and even better is that this includes players from different countries in Europe. We especially welcome these people. For the rest, just keep on signing up, while there still is room.

At last the site for QH-LAN #3 is up.
There are some information missing, such as 'how to pay in advance' and what prices there will be. But the important stuff is working so head over and sign up, or tell others what you think in the forum.

Please, also vote in the poll, which for now is wondering weather we should have single or double brackets for QuakeWorld's 4on4. This question will expire in a week so vote before you miss it.

If there are things you are wondering and can't find the answer on, don't hesitate to contact us.
